From Austin:

Take US 290 west from Austin to the intersection of US 281 north of Blanco. Turn south on US 281 to Blanco. From the stop light in Blanco continue south approximately 7 miles to RR 473 (just before US 281 crosses the Little Blanco River here). Turn left (east) on RR 473 approximately 3.3 miles. Turn right through gate with stone columns and orange and white "Green Gables" street sign. There is a two-story stone house with a security light immediately on the west side of our gate. Our green mail box, #401, is immediately across the road from the gate. Gate is latched but not locked. Come straight back, 0.25 mile, to main house and office at end of road.

From San Antonio:

Take US 281 north from Anderson Loop 1604 approximately 27 miles to RR 473 East. This turn is at the bottom of the hill immediately after crossing the Little Blanco River bridge. Turn right (east) on RR 473 approximately 3.3 miles. Turn right through gate with stone columns and orange and white "Green Gables" street sign. There is a two-story stone house with a security light immediately on the west side of our gate. Our green mail box, #401, is immediately across the road from the gate. Gate is latched but not locked. Come straight back, 0.25 mile, to main house and office at end of road.

From San Marcos:

From the intersection of I-35 and SH 80/RR12, go west on RR 12 through town past the courthouse on the left and keep going past “Commanche” street. Stay in right lane as RR 12 turns right at the next light (Shamrock station on right). Continue on RR 12 approximately 12 miles to the junction of RR 12 and RR 32. Continue west on RR 32 approximately 17 miles. Immediately after crossing the Little Blanco River, turn left on RR 473 approximately 2.3 miles. Turn left through gate with stone columns and orange and white "Green Gables" street sign. There is a two-story stone house with a security light immediately on the west side of our gate. Our green mail box, #401, is immediately across the road from the gate. Gate is latched but not locked. Come straight back, 0.25 mile, to main house and office at end of road.

From New Braunfels:

From the intersection of I-35 and SH 46, go west on SH 46 to US 281. Turn north on US 281 approximately 14 miles to RR 473 East. This turn is at the bottom of the hill immediately after crossing the Little Blanco River bridge. Turn right (east) on RR 473 approximately 3.3 miles.
