Anne's Rose Cottage

The cottage is comprised of a sitting room featuring mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker; bedroom with antique armoire, TV-V.C.R.-D.V.D and C.D. player and large private bath. Located on the front of the property, it is removed from McBride’s and the main house.

Cooking is restricted to the microwave oven provided. Smoking is only permitted outside.

McBride’s Retreat

McBride’s Retreat is a charming stone cottage built in 1943 and nestled among giant cypresses and pecans. A small wet-weather creek meanders just beyond the front porch.

Rustically decorated, McBride's Retreat features a queen-size four-poster cedar bed, futon, shower bath, wood-burning fireplace, TV-V.C.R-D.V.D., complete kitchen with antique, re-enameled double sink, enhanced with Talavera tile, gas range, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. A charcoal grill is located on the patio for your convenience. Cookware is provided.

After dinner, relax on the front porch swing and watch the sun set or retreat to your personal hot tub awaiting you just outside. During the cold-weather months snuggle before an open fire. Smoking is only permitted outside.
